The Finish Line is a pilot program intended to increase competitiveness of proposals being resubmitted to federal sponsors in the categories of Research and Public Service. Funding is provided for work that is needed to address written review concerns. Applicants are required to share scores and comments from previous proposal submission(s). The performance period for all Finish Line awards will be no more than 12 months in duration. See the Request for Applications for complete program information.

• You may work on the application incrementally.  To save your work and return to the application at another time, click Save & Continue Editing, then log out.  You may save and log out even if errors are showing.
